The main house (ground floor) has an area of approx. 116 square meters

and is designed for up to 6 people.

There are three bedrooms available. The first bedroom has a 1.80mx 2m double bed and its own bathroom en suite (shower W/C, bidet). The next bedroom has a double bed with a size of 1.80mx 2m and the third bedroom is furnished with two 0.90mx 2m single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and insect screens on the windows.

Another bathroom with bathtub / shower, W / C, bidet is accessible from the hallway.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all appliances and utensils that are part of a fully equipped kitchen.

Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room where, among other things, a washing machine is located.

In the large living room with dining area and fireplace there is also a large TV for German, Portuguese and some English programs.

In addition to the fireplace, there is central heating for cold days.

The house is located on a 780sqm large, fenced property with a well-tended garden. The 4m x 8m large swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled south-facing terrace. From the south side of the house there is a 4m x 8m shade roof, here you will also find a dining area for ten people. Behind the house there is a shady terrace on the east side.
